Sync Agent freshness looks stale

If setup-health says the Sync Agent is stale, your reports keep showing the last successfully synced SYSPRO data. The product does not guess or fill the gap; it waits for a fresh Sync Agent heartbeat and sync evidence.

What it means

A stale freshness warning means the Sync Agent has not recently proved that it can read SYSPRO and deliver the expected sync metadata for this tenant. The warning can appear while onboarding is still in progress or later if a running sync falls behind.

What to check

  1. Confirm the Windows service for the Sync Agent is running on the server that can reach SYSPRO.
  2. Check that the service still has the current connection settings and ingest token from onboarding.
  3. Wait for the next scheduled sync, then refresh setup-health or the dashboard.

When to ask for help

If the warning remains after the service is running and the next sync window has passed, ask the assistant from this page. Include the freshness time shown in setup-health and whether the Sync Agent service was running when you checked.
