Privacy

This page explains what we collect when you join the PrymeLedger waitlist, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain because that is how we think privacy should read.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, you give us:

• Your name and work email.
• The ERP you run.
• What you are looking to solve, and how far along you are.
• Whether you would like a walkthrough.

We also record basic information about how you arrived — such as the referring page and any campaign tags in the link you followed. We do not collect any of your accounting or business data on this site; the product itself is invite-only and not yet generally available.

Why we collect it

• To contact you about early access and bring you on as we open it in stages.
• To prioritise walkthroughs for people who ask for one.
• To send you the occasional note about what we are building. You can opt out at any time.

How we store and share it

Your details are stored on Microsoft Azure and protected with reasonable technical and organisational measures. We do not sell your information. We share it only with the small number of service providers we rely on to operate — for example, cloud hosting and email delivery — and only so they can perform that service for us.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — just email [email protected]. Every email we send you includes a way to opt out, and opting out of updates does not remove you from the waitlist unless you ask us to.
