Common questions, quick answers

My report shows yesterday's numbers. That's usually just the feed's rhythm — many feeds arrive nightly, so "as of this morning" is correct for them. Check the sync indicator in the top bar; if it shows a stale warning, new data hasn't arrived and your administrator should glance at Admin → Sync status (and, if a feed has errored, at the server where the Sync Agent runs on). Your existing numbers are unaffected either way.

A number looks wrong. Drill into it before doubting it — click the row and follow it down. Most surprises are a real entry in an unexpected place, and the drill shows exactly which one. If it still looks wrong at the bottom, ask the chat about that specific figure — and check the answer's verification note, which says whether and when that figure was last checked against a control.

The chat stopped answering in a conversation. Start a new chat. Your history is kept; the new conversation starts clean. If the same question fails twice, report it through support — a failing question is a gap we want to know about.

The screen is blank / looks broken after an update. Hard reload: Ctrl+Shift+R (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+R (Mac). Your browser was holding an old version of the app.

I can't see a report a colleague can see. Roles. Reports can be limited by role — your administrator can adjust yours under Admin → Users.

I clicked Send on an email draft — did it go? Only if you confirmed the send in the Outbox. Sent items show as sent, in green, with a sent time. If delivery fails, the draft stays in the Outbox as Send failed so an admin can correct the recipients or message and try the explicit Send action again. If delivery says Confirmation needed, do not retry: the provider may already have accepted the email, so an administrator must reconcile it first to prevent a duplicate. If it still says draft, it hasn't gone anywhere.

Does anything I do here change our ERP? No. The product is read-only against your ERP systems — always. Fixes identified here are made in your ERP by your team, and the screens then show them reconciled.
