Saved analyses, Favorites and Recent

The Reports page is more than the published catalogue. Alongside it you'll find three personal views that make things you've already worked with fast to reach.

Saved analyses

When you save a background investigation and give it a name (see Your analysis history), it appears here under Saved analyses — filed by the category you chose, openable any time. Saving doesn't publish anything to the team; it simply gives your result a durable name and a home in the catalogue you already use.

Favorites

Starring a report or a saved analysis adds it to Favorites. A favorite is a pointer to the real thing, not a copy — open it from Favorites and you're looking at the same live report everyone else sees, never a stale duplicate. Unstar it and only the shortcut disappears.

Recent

Recent lists what you've viewed lately, so the report you had open yesterday is one click away even if you've forgotten what it was called.

What stays private

Your drafts, your saved analyses, your stars, and your recent views are yours — they don't change what the rest of the team sees in the published catalogue. Publishing a draft into the catalogue remains a separate, deliberate step.
