One sign-in
You sign in once. After that, moving between the programs you use does not ask you to sign in again, and there is no second password to keep.
Each program has its own address
The address tells you which program you are in:

Bookmark whichever one you use most. If you only have one program, signing in at prymehq.com takes you straight there — there is nothing to choose.
Moving between programs
Type the other address, or use the program menu. You stay signed in either way. Your session is shared across all of them, so switching is as quick as changing tab.
If you land somewhere you don't have
You will see a short page saying that program isn't part of your plan yet. Nothing is wrong with your account — you are signed in, and the rest of your work is exactly where you left it. Whoever manages your subscription can add the program.
The page always names which program you asked for, so you know what you are missing rather than just being turned away.
The old address still works
If you have prymeledger.com bookmarked it still signs you in and still works. You may notice it passes briefly through prymehq.com on the way — that is the single sign-in doing its job. ledger.prymehq.com goes there directly.
What hasn't changed
- Your password, and how you sign in.
- Which company's data you see — that still follows the organisation you are working in. See Working in more than one organisation.
- What you are allowed to do — your role is unchanged by which address you used.
