Everything you do here belongs to your company, not to you personally — reports, mappings, your synced data, and the people you invite. So the first thing that happens after you sign up is that we create your company's workspace. It takes one screen and one answer.
Signing up
Sign up with your work email address. As soon as you have confirmed it, you land on Start your trial.
You are asked for one thing: your company name. Use the name your colleagues would recognise — it is what they will see when they are invited, and it appears across the product. You can change it later.
Press Create workspace. Your trial starts immediately: 30 days, and we do not ask for a card.
What you get
Your workspace is yours from that moment. You are its administrator, which means you can invite the rest of your team and decide what each of them can see.
Nothing is connected yet — the dashboard will be quiet until your data arrives. Connecting your ERP is the next step, and it is a separate one; see Your first week.
Your 30 days
The clock starts when you create the workspace, not when you first connect data. You can see how long is left at any time on the dashboard.
When the 30 days are up, access pauses — your data is not deleted. Talk to us before the end and nothing is interrupted.
If you are joining a company that is already here
Do not sign up for a trial. Ask your administrator to invite you instead: an invitation puts you straight into the existing workspace, with all its reports and data. Starting a trial would create a second, empty workspace with none of it.
If you have already signed up and find yourself looking at the Start screen, stop there and email us rather than creating a workspace — we will link your account to your company's existing one.
If the screen says your workspace isn't linked yet
You are signed in to a company account that does not have a workspace behind it. This is usually a step we still need to complete for you.
Do not start a new one. Email [email protected] and we will connect you to your company's existing data. Creating a workspace here would leave that data behind.
