Admin → Regional sets how numbers and dates are written across the whole product — one setting, applied everywhere, so every report and statement reads consistently.
You choose:
- Currency style — symbol and separators the way your region writes them.
- Statement scale — whether statements display full amounts, thousands (R'000), or millions (R'm). Readers see the scale marked on the statement; underlying values are unchanged.
- Date style — how dates render across screens and exports.
Changes apply on the next screen load for everyone. There's no per-user override — a finance product reads best when the whole team sees the same formatting.
